1. Where is the origin of your products?

All our products are of reputable brands from Japan.

2. Are they authentic?

All our products are 100% authentic with official license stickers or stamps attached.

3. Are they BPA free?

The plastic material of our products are certified to be PP, PET or ABS. They are non-toxic and free from BPA.

Payment

1. What currencies do you accept?

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

2. What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards or direct transfer via PayPal.

3. Will I be notified after you receive the payment for my order?
Yes, we will notify you of the receipt of payment, together with the shipping details through email.

Shipping

1. What are your shipping options?
Within Singapore
- Local Normal Post
- Local Registered Post
- Local Courier Delivery
 
Outside Singapore
- Worldwide / Registered Air Parcel
- SpeedPost

2. How long will it take to receive my orders?
- For Singapore: approx. 2-3 working days  (Courier : 1-2 days)
- For Overseas : depends on the country you reside in (we will give you full details after payment is received)

3. How soon do you send out my order?
We will send out your order the next working day after full payment is received, unless item is out of stock.
In this case, you can choose to wait or cancel your order. Full refund will be given if order is cancelled due to this reason.

4. What are your shipping costs?
Flat rate of $1.00 for Local Normal Post, $3.30 for Local Registered Post or $6.00 for Local Delivery for orders within Singapore.
Kindly note that as we are not liable for any lost packages, shipping option with a tracking service is highly recommended.

For orders outside Singapore, shipping cost will be calculated according to the total weight of the order. Shipping options and amount will be shown during checkout.

Return / Exchange
1. Can I ask for a refund / exchange if I do not like the item?
As a reseller, we are not responsible for any dissatisfactions of the size, color, material used for the product, therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer any refund / exchange due to this reason.
If you need more information on our products, please feel free to contact us.

2. What should I do if the item is damaged during shipment?
We will make sure that the items are at their best condition before sending out all orders.
In case of damaged goods, kindly contact us immediately and we will make appropriate arrangements to the problem. 

For exchange, kindly send the damaged item back to us in it's original packaging within 7 days upon the date you receive your order. Postage for sending returned item will be paid by customer in this situation.
